The story of our food

The catch phrases of “no chemicals” and “organic” provide reassurances of safety, but they do not tell the whole story.

Our company has a story to tell about food. We are concerned for the environment and for the communities that grow the plants and produce the food. We want all involved people – farmers, processors, distributors and consumers – to be healthy and happy.

We convey the faces of the producers, the farmland, the landscapes – the “personality” of the land. We make our products with care. Our food has a story.

Single dots become a line, which becomes a circle. We believe that each connection – each dot – in the circle is important.

Our aim is to create an environmental circle, so that food production improves the environment, which produces more food, and so on. For example, organic wastes on our farm is recycled as organic fertilizer. We are on a journey, and our first steps are baby steps. We have much work to do, but we are enjoying finding the way forward! Always our aim is to improve people’s lives, and improve the environment.
